An athlete's registration may be submitted, depending on the stage:
based on athletic selection criteria;
to minimum performance standards;
a federal license;
a medical certificate;
with insurance;
in compliance with anti-doping rules;

Registration is not final until the application has been fully approved by the organization and full payment has been received.

12. No right of withdrawal

Consequently, unless otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions or in a special offer mentioned at the time of purchase, all orders are final and non-refundable.
13. Cancellation, postponement, modification
13.1 Cancellation or postponement of the event
The event may be canceled, suspended, postponed, or relocated, in whole or in part, particularly in the event of:

The sports, arts, or performing arts program, guests, athletes, schedules, brackets, categories, entertainment, stage design, venues, and ancillary services may be modified without automatically entitling attendees to a refund, provided that the main event goes ahead as planned.
The purchase of a ticket or registration is for the event as a whole and does not guarantee the presence of any specific athlete, speaker, sponsor, artist, streamer, announcer, or content.
13.3 Interruption During an Event
If the event is interrupted after it has begun, no full refund will be issued, unless SilentWorker decides otherwise or there is a specific legal obligation to do so. A partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the interruption and applicable local regulations.
14. Withdrawal by the participant / inability to attend the event
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
No refunds will be issued in the event of personal circumstances preventing attendance;

If an official resale platform or an official name-change mechanism is established, only that channel will be considered valid.
Any ticket obtained illegally, fraudulently, through an unauthorized website, a fake link, or identity theft, or for speculative purposes, may be invalidated without a refund.
SilentWorker reminds you that the unauthorized resale of admission tickets without the organizer’s permission may be subject to criminal penalties under French law.
16. Access to the event
Admission to the event is subject to the presentation of a valid ticket in the required format, as well as, if applicable:
a valid official identification document;
proof of age;
proof of enrollment;
a sports license;
a medical certificate;

Admission may be denied in the following cases:
an invalid, illegible, previously used, or counterfeit ticket;
mismatch in identity for tickets or name-based registrations;

Unless there is a legitimate objection based on a serious ground that is legally admissible, the participant authorizes SilentWorker and its authorized partners to use his or her image, voice, and likeness, captured during the event, for the purposes of communication, promotion, archiving, and editorial or commercial distribution of the circuit, in any medium and worldwide, for the duration of the legal protection of the relevant rights.
For minors, this authorization is provided by their legal guardian at the time of purchase or registration, subject to any additional terms and conditions that may be required by the organizer.
21. Intellectual Property
All elements related to the SW SERIES 2026 circuit, including names, logos, visuals, stage identities, graphic guidelines, content, videos, photographs, trophies, merchandise, stage decorations, and promotional materials, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of SilentWorker or their respective owners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or use is prohibited.
22. Liability
SilentWorker is subject to a general obligation of means with respect to the organization of the event.
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:
due to the actions of a third party;
in the event of force majeure;
an administrative decision;
misconduct on the part of a participant or spectator;
failure to follow safety instructions;
loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
due to a transportation delay;
due to an access issue beyond its control;
or due to external circumstances that make it impossible to hold the event as planned.
Each participant is responsible for their own behavior, physical condition, equipment, personal belongings, and—in the case of athletes—their fitness to compete.
For events organized in collaboration with local partners, SilentWorker’s liability may be assessed based on the actual division of roles among the contracting parties and service providers involved in each stage.

mismatch in identity for tickets or name-based registrations;
failure to comply with the rules and regulations;
failure to follow safety instructions;
aggressive, dangerous, disrespectful, or discriminatory behavior, or behavior that is clearly incompatible with the smooth running of the event;
obviously intoxicated or under the influence of drugs;
refusal to undergo a security check.
No refund will be issued if access is denied for any of these reasons.
17. Safety and Prohibited Items
For security reasons, members of the public and participants may be subject to a visual inspection of their bags, a security pat-down, or any other screening measure authorized by the applicable regulations in the host country of the event.
These inspections are conducted by authorized personnel in accordance with applicable laws.
Bringing prohibited items onto the premises may result in denial of entry or removal, with no refund. The following items, in particular, are prohibited unless expressly authorized:
weapons;
hazardous objects;
alcoholic beverages;
illicit substances;
fireworks;
blunt or sharp objects;
unauthorized containers;
drones;
unauthorized professional recording equipment (see the venue's rules and regulations);
Unauthorized banners, signs, or messages of a hateful, discriminatory, political, religious, or promotional nature.
The exact list may vary depending on the location, the host country, and the local partner’s requirements.
18. Minors
Access for minors may be regulated differently depending on the country, location, or time of the event.
Unless otherwise specified for a particular stage:
Minors remain under the full responsibility of their legal guardian or the accompanying adult;
SilentWorker may require parental consent, proof of identity, or constant supervision by an adult;
Certain competitions or areas may be off-limits to certain age groups.
For minor athletes, registration is valid only with the express consent of their legal guardian and subject to applicable federal regulations.
19. Personal Information
SilentWorker processes the personal data necessary for managing orders, registrations, access control, customer service, business relationships, event security, and compliance with its legal obligations. Data may be shared, to the extent strictly necessary, with partners and subcontractors involved in:
the ticket office;
payment;
access control;
the sports organization;
logistics;

or the local organizers of the relevant stage.
When the event takes place outside of France, certain data may be shared with partners located in the host country, provided that applicable legal requirements are met.

20. Right of publicity
By participating in or attending an event on the circuit, each participant, spectator, speaker, or accompanying person acknowledges that photographs, videos, audio recordings, and live or recorded broadcasts may be made during the event.
Unless there is a legitimate objection based on a serious ground that is legally admissible, the participant authorizes SilentWorker and its authorized partners to use his or her image, voice, and likeness, captured during the event, for the purposes of communication, promotion, archiving, and editorial or commercial distribution of the circuit, in any medium and worldwide, for the duration of the legal protection of the relevant rights.
For minors, this authorization is provided by their legal guardian at the time of purchase or registration, subject to any additional terms and conditions that may be required by the organizer.
21. Intellectual Property
All elements related to the SW SERIES 2026 circuit, including names, logos, visuals, stage identities, graphic guidelines, content, videos, photographs, trophies, merchandise, stage decorations, and promotional materials, are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of SilentWorker or their respective owners.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or use is prohibited.
22. Liability
SilentWorker is subject to a general obligation of means with respect to the organization of the event.
The Company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:
due to the actions of a third party;
in the event of force majeure;
an administrative decision;
misconduct on the part of a participant or spectator;
failure to follow safety instructions;
loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;
due to a transportation delay;
due to an access issue beyond its control;
or due to external circumstances that make it impossible to hold the event as planned.
Each participant is responsible for their own behavior, physical condition, equipment, personal belongings, and—in the case of athletes—their fitness to compete.
For events organized in collaboration with local partners, SilentWorker’s liability may be assessed based on the actual division of roles among the contracting parties and service providers involved in each stage.

24. Mediation and Complaints

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, subject to:
the mandatory public policy provisions of the country where the consumer habitually resides, where such provisions are more favorable to the consumer;
and any mandatory rules applicable in the host country of the event where their application is required.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with applicable legal provisions, particularly those governing consumer law and international jurisdiction.
26. Partial invalidity
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inapplicable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. French version
The French version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Any translations are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any conflict, the French version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
